Well while not based on that part of the story, I just wanted to get out my interpretation of exactly how the goblet of fire looked when I read the story.
I’m still experimenting with getting the stipple look to work in my illustrations. It’s an old trick, but something that I’ve found I like in a lot of others work, so I’m trying to include it in my own.
