Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-4 days to process paper goods and 4-6 days to process apparel and felt goods. Expect an email within one week to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are currently only accepting USA Domestic shipping at this time. We hope to expand soon in order to ship to our friends across the globe. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at heather@hameyeam.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
